About Us
Hello! We’re Regi and Julie Young, owners of Priceless Real Estate Improvements. We’ve been married for many years, have three children and three grandchildren, and believe in treating our residents with honesty, respect, and kindness—just as we would our own family.
After many years of owning and operating a successful water well service company, we transitioned into real estate and property management. Today, we manage mobile home communities, rental properties, short-term rentals, and our event venue, The Gathering Place.
As our business has grown, we’re excited that our daughter, Mackenzie, has recently joined our team and is now working in the office. You may hear from her by phone, email, or see her around the community as she helps serve our residents.
